Directory Sponsorship
The Parent Teacher Groups + Parent Association for Concord Public Schools are collaborating to offer sponsorships in our annual schools’ family directories. The directories contain contact information for current Concord Public School families, providing the most convenient way for the school community to connect.
Your promotional sponsorship reaches more than 5000 consumers in Concord, Carlisle + Boston.
Purchase space in the Alcott PTG, Thoreau PTG, Willard PTG, CMS PTG + CCHS PA family directories. Opt for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 publications, supporting our schools while promoting your business within your community.
Please note that Thoreau, CMS, & Willard have online directories. Your sponsorship of these three schools will be on the online directory page, and your logo + link to your site will be on the homepage of these schools’ PTG sites. Sponsors will appear throughout the year in weekly newsletters (rotating spot each week; frequency depends on # of sponsors - at least 4x for full page sponsors and at least 2x for half page sponsors) and social media posts also included.

Submissions must be school or community related and not commercial in nature

It should be limited to 100 words or fewer, and must be sent as text in an email

Please include contact information or website link

The deadline for submissions is 6:00 PM on Tuesdays. Submissions received after deadline will go in the following week’s Willard Weekly.

Please note that an announcement generally runs for 2 weeks – first week to announce and second week to remind. Please time your submission accordingly.
